Welcome to Sierra FrameWorks

Ken Schwarzberg, owner of Sierra FrameWorks, has been in custom picture framing since 1992.   Previous to that, he worked as a roofing contractor in the Placerville, CA area where he and his wife raised their family.   When it was time for a change, Ken remembered as a young child watching his Grandfather work in his art studio and the resultant oil paintings he produced and had framed.  Some of these paintings are  still hanging and cherished by family members today.   From an early age Ken also enjoyed working with his hands and creating things.  He feels this carreer change is a good fit for him and enjoys getting up and going to the shop everyday to meet the challanges that custom picture framing holds for him.
